To My Bittersweet Family,

I write this letter with great sadness but incredible excitement.  It's truly Bittersweet.  This week, I accepted the position as Event Planner at Lehigh Country Club and as of January 2022 be taking over that position on a full-time basis.    As many of you know, I worked there for 17 years before starting my business.  This is an incredible opportunity for me as, I get to share my love of party planning and implementation without having to then go in the kitchen and bake!! 

For all of my customer and brides with booked events and orders through 2021, please know that I will fulfill your orders as discussed.  Unfortunately,  I will longer be booking special event dessert tables or weddings.

I will not be giving up my love of baking completely.  From this point forward, I will bake on a very limited, first come, first serve basis.  My menu will be streamlined to cakes, cupcakes and cake pops.  Payment will be limited and I will be pick-up only.

You cannot begin to comprehend how very grateful I am for all of you.  This business has been amazing...but consuming.  I am looking forward to a family/work balance and taking this next journey in my career.
